Back in 1994, I illustrated the cover for Penguin Random House Books for Young Readers’ Step Into Reading: S-S-snakes! The author was Lucille Recht Penner and the interior illustrations were done by wildlife artist, Peter Barrett. Recently, I sold the cover to Jane Frank of Wow-Art and she was quite pleased to receive it. :)
