Meet Paolo. He's a uniquely made, handbuilt stoneware monsterpot with a lid for a head and made to make you smile even before you've had your coffee. This sturdy tri-footed stoneware pot is glazed with layers of rose/ green over translucent Chun blue. The interior is glazed clear. Star buttons on his belly make for a good grip when handling.

Pots are good for all manner of loose items like pet treats, coins, keepsakes— and yes, butter because the lid is a good fit. This piece is also a good keepsake vessel for the ashes of a beloved furry family member.

Paolo is happy to just sit on your countertop and give you a big goofy grin while you contemplate the clouds in a blue sky.
