This is Zander. Sweet and goofy, he’s the first one to pitch in and help to clean up after a party. And when you need to be cheered up, he’s the one who comes over with the flowers and teacakes. Let’s all be like Zander.

Zander is a uniquely made, handbuilt stoneware monsterpot with a lid for a head and made to make you smile even before you've had your coffee. This sturdy tri-footed stoneware pot is glazed with a layer of lacy blue wash over warm avocado green. The color dances over the surface like foam on the water’s surface. The pale yellow buttons on his belly have a matte surface which provide a good and reassuring grip when handling him. The interior is glazed clear and is food-grade safe.

Pots are good for all manner of loose items like pet treats, coins, keepsakes— and butter because the lid is a good fit. This piece is also a good keepsake vessel for the ashes of a beloved furry family member.
